Not Verified | I would similar to say Delta was always my airline of selection. They have great customer service. Generally because of Covid I planned my trip past train the rides (circular trip) were canceled do to Covid and related personnel issues. So, the price was much higher for this round trip to Florida than anticipated. It was a piffling tricky to become Delta for every flight. We all hear the news about mask wearing. In that location are two sides to every story as they say. I take e'er followed the rules. So, of course I wore my mask with some discomfort. Nearly people complied with this police force for mass transit. I did observe many airline personnel without masks. I am one to heed my own business; only I believe yous pb through example. My principal trouble with flying anymore is the long lines-hurry up and wait. I practice accept metal implants that can set off security alert systems at courthouses and aerodrome. I too mention this. So, of course I had to be patted down. i practice non like this procedure, but wanting to complete my travel plans i complied. I carry prescriptions that tin easily show upwardly on 10 ray, but most of the pills I carry are holistic supplements. I am sure that my "misplaced" luggage was no accident. This has happened to friends in the past and to my husband several years ago( Delta for sure). And so, it is my belief airlines are too interested in our personal holding. Anytime a bag was lost or delayed that said baggage contained medicine, both prescription and holistic. Air travel is very expensive and keeps going upward. The inconvenience was just too much during this terminal trip. In my opinion Delta has higher standards than the other airlines. If i have to travel by air once again I know I will cull them. Upon arrival dorsum into Albany in March nosotros took an awful crash-land upon landing. The flight was from LaGuardia to Albany around five in the afternoon. I have flown oft in the past and many international flights. That was the worst landing I ever experienced. ✅ Trip Verified | I've never been treated like less than a human being being more than than when speaking to Delta employees. I was trapped in Panama, after arriving to the airport 3 hours early to my flying. They refused to let me check my bag, which I was fine with, I was fifty-fifty virtually to throw out the whole bag. After saying this they then proceeded to tell me I cannot board my flight, and could not requite me a legitimate reason equally to why. The verbal words I was told was "oh well you should've got here earlier. She told me she could book me a new flight for the adjacent day and said the price would exist $400 when online the same exact flying was $144. She then handed me a piece of paper with a help number to call which I couldn't call because I practice not have international calls on my phone plan and refused to allow me use a phone. When I asked for a supervisor or manager she brought me 4 different guys that were non a supervisor or manager and lied proverb they were. I had to pay another cab back to my hotel and as well pay for another dark in that location. Finally back in America, I've been calling everyday Delta client service to speak to a representative and on agree 5 hours for the past iv days which every fourth dimension I go to 5 hours it just magically disconnects. Finally I got through to someone, she was the sweetest person who works at Delta, and shortly after being connected nosotros were disconnected. I tried calling one more time today, and after 5 hours and 45 mins I was continued with someone, I explained to her the state of affairs and this lady at present that I was speaking to was fifty-fifty worse than the workers at Panama Drome. Overall Delta needs to reevaluate their staff, this is so completely unacceptable. I was not refunded nor credited, nor even tried to make accommodation for the cab and actress hotel night I had to pay. This is such disgusting behavior, and I will non be returning to Delta e'er over again. I hope anyone considering Delta completely goes straight to Jetblue where they value and care virtually their customers and always make the moment right.

I was supposed to fly from Sydney to Atlanta in Premium Select although unfortunately I got Covid a mean solar day prior to my flight. I called customer service to explicate to them the state of affairs. Instead of sympathising or providing me alternatives they gave me a $2000 choice to reschedule my flights past a calendar week, this is after already having paid $4000 for the initial flights. I would take rather spoken to the Robot option equally I am sure the robot would have been more empathetic. Instead I was able to utilize east-credits to book myself a week later in Basic Economy. I paid almost twice the money to get 1/2 the service, well washed Delta! I wish there was an option of negative infinity to charge per unit their customer service.

✅ Trip Verified | Was bodacious on phone call to Delta the previous twenty-four hour period that I was ticketed and confirmed. My family of four arrived early on and were provided boarding passes. When trying to board I was told that only three out of four could lath. No sign of my ticket. We were able to show receipt for tickets, but I was forced to either buy another ticket or send my wife and kids to Nashville without me.

Not Verified | My husband and I have a trip together but as always Delta cannot seem to figure out how to link u.s.a.. My husband got moved to get-go form and I am left sitting in the back adjacent to a stranger. My husband is a function of your top tier and I am golden status. This is a constant problem with Delta. Cheaper airlines can figure it out just not Delta. Not sure what, exactly, we are overpaying for.

✅ Trip Verified | Accept to get upward to 3 o'clock in the morning, virtually at drome and become a text message telling me my flying is delayed 3 hours (at present leaving 9am instead of five.45am). This is the way style they care for business customers? Totally unacceptable. I thought Spirt was the worst, Deltas runs neck n neck. Now I miss my meeting I was supposed to brand, practise they care. ✅ Trip Verified | Atlanta to Miami. Had to change the flight date, to the next date. They decided to put in the master cabin and requite me a E-credit which you are not able to see or use, merely I tried. Then, wonder how many people have they washed this to. Is it possible that they are committing some type of fraud to there passengers and keeping the credit? The attorney general should've investigated this. Anyways, absolutely horrible service. Afterward waiting online and texting back-and-along for five hours they never resolved the effect of putting me back to first class. Unfortunately, in one case the customer service rep and understand what needs to be done they rather send you to the next customer service representative, this goes on until you give upwardly.
